1 large Green Papaya, 1 Carrot, ½ cup Roasted Peanuts, ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, ¼ cup Fresh Thai Basil, ¼ cup Fresh Mint, ¼ cup Fresh Bean Sprouts
In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced Thai chili (if using).
¼ cup Fresh Lime Juice, 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 Thai Chili
Pour the dressing over the papaya mixture and toss to combine.
