Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Green chilies minced
  • 2.5 cups Button mushrooms halved
  • ½ cup Onions diced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers diced
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • Parsley finely chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and saute them until the raw aroma of the garlic disappears.
  • Add the green chilies next and saute.
  • Next, add in the button mushrooms and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add the onions and bell peppers next and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the seasonings next and mix well.
  • Next, add in the tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  • Simmer the mixture for 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
