- 300 gms Lady’s Finger/ Bhindi
- ½ tablespoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 4 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 2 tablespoon Cumin Powder
- 2 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 2 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Powder
- ¼ cup Onions (finely chopped)
- ¼ cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon Green Chilies (minced)
- 3 tablespoon Oil
Wash the lady’s fingers and pat them dry.
Remove the top head and the bottom thin part of the lady’s fingers. Then make a vertical slit on each of them.
Take a mixing bowl and add the powdered spices. Mix.
Add the onions, coriander leaves, and green chilies and mix well.
Next, take the lady’s fingers and stuff them with the spice mixture through the slit that was made earlier.
Once stuffed, keep them aside.
Heat oil on a pan and add the stuffed vegetables. Saute and cook all sides for 8-10 minutes or until it looks completely cooked.
Serve as a delicious side dish with rice and dal of your choice.
