Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cabbage (shredded)
  • ¼ cup Carrot (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup Beetroot (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoon Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Ready Made Wraps
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice For garnish
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper For seasoning

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the rolls and give it a good mix.
  • Pre-heat the air fryer at 200℃ for 5 minutes.
  • To assemble the wraps, take a ready made wrap. Top it with the prepared mixture. Garnish with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Fold the wrap.
  • Cook them at 180℃ for 8-10 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney and onion salad.
