- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the tofu and cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and cornstarch until smooth.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add the tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on all sides (about 5 minutes).
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tofu and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook until the sauce has thickened (about 2 minutes).
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and stir to combine.
- Serve hot with rice and vegetables, garnished with additional sesame seeds and black pepper.
